Difference between rust n blood color. please read!?

I wanna know the difference because I have spots on the cloth like part of my seat beat, but when I wipe the spots it is like a reddish orange color. I really dont know if the cloth like part of the seat beat could get rusty. I know the medal part can. My cup holders are also like that when I wipe them, n the tag on my seat belt n the back is also like that. Idk if its blood or rust. I bought the car from a man that sell cars, pretty sure he don't know what it is either. Also there are dark red like spots on the carpet on the floor n the car. I had the car detailed, they did an ok job. There are also spots on the sun visor n idk if that's blood or what. The ppl that detailed my car said they cleaned that too, but the spots are still there. This is really freakin me out!!! If it is blood that's gross. I wiped the seat belt with disinfectant wipes n sprayed them with awesome cleaning solution. Is it blood or rust??? I really need to know. What color is rust when u wipe it with wet cloth n what color is dried blood when u wipe it with wet cloth??????? The seat beat don't have the spots all over, just certain spots. Thanks n advance! Please let me know if its rust or blood from the way I described the color, once again reddish orange kinda color when I wiped it with disinfectant wipelet me know for sure. Again thanks!
