Easy and cute updone hair?

hey so at my job i have to wear my hair up and wear a visor over it so i was wondering if anyone had any cute ideas for wearing my hair up or back. something other than just a simple ponytail. i would like to mix it up and look nice (there are some fine looking guys at my job hehehe) if you know any youtube videos or anything that would help that would be great!
