Wallpaper on LG Rumor Touch (answer mine and I'll answer yours <3)?

i downloaded a screen saver from the virgin mobile website for my phone. it's located in "My Stuff" under "wallpapers" but there isn't an option to assign it... What went wrong? i downloaded it twice but I can't assign it. what should i do? or is there a certain way i can download and assign it differently?
