NEED A HAIR CHANGE!!?

Right now, my hair is about armpit length (bangs included) and reddish-brown. My hair has been every length (literally shaved to beyond butt length) and color imaginable so I'm open to all sorts of ideas. I just need something done with it. I'm getting bored of it. The only problems that I run into: I have glasses, I have to wear my hair up for work or it can't touch my shirt collar, and I also have to wear a visor at my job. I'm decently lazy but I am willing to get hair products for styling, but I'm looking for something generally low-maintenance. IDEAS??
